The Founders
Jessie is Dutch with Caribbean roots and has lived and worked across Europe, North and South America, including The Netherlands, Madrid, Barcelona, Geneva, Miami, and Rio de Janeiro.

Trained as a Spanish football lawyer, she learned to stay calm under pressure, think on her feet, and always find solutions—skills that now translate seamlessly to corporate events.

At Caliber DMC, Jessie applies that proactive problem-solving mindset to every project, making sure each event runs smoothly while leaving a lasting impression.

Christian, half Spanish and half German, grew up in a family of brewers in Germany, where quality, craftsmanship, and a passion for hospitality were part of everyday life.

He began his career in Spain’s nightlife scene, mastering the art of creating memorable guest experiences before moving on to work with major international hospitality groups.
Combining operational expertise with his extensive network and creative mindset, Christian ensures that every Caliber DMC event is not only flawlessly executed but full of character and energy.
